  Zarelle took a deep breath and worked up a smile. “Let’s go find Elsa. Then we are hitting a couple of bars in town.”   Calden watched them leave and didn’t try to stop them. The realization that he had lost any right to interfere in her life settled over him like a heavy blanket.   Thessaly’s face, already pale, went a shade whiter.
