Ryan assumed that Zarelle wanted to find a therapist because of Calden’s actions, and now that he saw the culprit, he felt an overwhelming urge to punch him.
Zarelle quickly intervened, trying to diffuse the tension. Her head was already spinning, and she couldn’t handle another argument between Ryan and Calden.
“Enough,” she pleaded, putting a halt to the escalating confrontation.
“It has nothing to do with Calden,” she glanced at him, her expression serious. “It’s my own problem.”
