As they approached the entrance, fate intertwined their paths once again, as Zarelle unexpectedly encountered Thomas.
“Well, well, Zarelle, what a coincidence,” Thomas greeted her with a charming smile.
Curiosity sparked within Daniel as he scrutinized Thomas. He cautiously inquired, “Who’s this, Zarelle?”
Zarelle, wearing a warm smile, introduced Thomas. “This is Thomas Ashmoor.”
Daniel’s expression turned sour as soon as he heard the surname. “Another Ashmoor? You’re not related to Calden, are you?”
Thomas nodded, acknowledging the family connection. “Yes, Calden is my cousin. But I grew up overseas and only recently returned. I heard that Enigma Manor is quite popular here, so I thought I’d give it a try. Mind if I join you guys?”
