After being scolded by her idol, Liana visibly shrank back, her face contorting with an ugly expression.
Sensing the tension, Ava gathered her courage and stepped forward to apologize on Liana’s behalf. “Ryan, please don’t be mad. Liana is new to the industry and just came back from abroad. She doesn’t know how things work here. She was just a bit concerned about you, that’s all.”
Ryan furrowed his brow and replied icily, “And who are you?”
