Chapter 33: A Room Meant for Her

1242 Words

"Are... are you sure this is my room?" Julia stood frozen in the doorway, staring at the room before her in complete disbelief. It couldn't be. There had to be some kind of mistake. The room was enormous—larger than the entire cabin she had lived in back at Silver Fang. Sunlight poured in through tall windows draped with elegant cream-colored curtains. A large bed sat against one wall, covered with soft quilts and embroidered pillows. Fresh flowers rested in a crystal vase on the bedside table, their sweet fragrance filling the room. A fireplace stood opposite the bed, and beside it were two comfortable chairs with a small table between them. There was even a bookshelf, a writing desk, and a balcony overlooking Bloodmoon's sprawling territory. Everything about the room spoke of warmth.
