"I can't believe you chose to leave us, Ebony. We are going to miss you." Kayla said dramatically
After we left my mom's apartment, we returned to the packhouse. Keith wanted us to return to Silvermoon right after we left, but I told him I wanted to spend the night with my friends.
I know I would see them at school, but I wanted to spend time with them, and honestly, I was nervous about returning to Silvermoon with him.
