It had been one day since I saw Rafe or Reggie. I also haven't left the room. I couldnt bring myself to go out there. I was still so confused with all this, I wasnt sure what to say to him, and I didnt want to see the other as they stared at me with those judgmental eyes. I saw how they watched us at lunch that day. I just dont want any conflict with anyone here. Im safer if I keep out of sight.
Im also waiting for the other shoe to drop, so to speak. I know my stepmother will not just leave me alone. And seeing how Rafe had embarrassed one of her daughters, it was mainly over me. That is something she isn't going to let go of. She will be out for blood, my blood at that.
Luna has stopped and checked on me this morning. She is a nice person; she gives off that warm motherly
