We are all in the office trying to figure out exactly what the hell to do next when a knock sounds on the door. "Come in," Damien calls out. He has been alternating between trying to soothe Anabel and Esme, although Zane refuses to release his hold on her. I can see she is struggling with guilt, but none of this is her fault. I still can't believe that Zane found his mate. I can see Damien is torn between being happy that his pup has found her mate but sadness that she will be leaving to go to the Diamond Moon Pack.
When the door finally opens, Nicky steps into the office. I sob overwhelmed by the emotions of Caspian being taken. I didn't realize how much I missed her until this moment. How much I needed her here. She rushes toward me with a look of concern on her face. Sh
