"What's up with you? You seem really out of it." My little friend Violeta asks me a question and pulls me out of my thoughts.
"Well... there are some problems at home, but nothing important, don't worry." I give her a faint smile, because the truth is I feel like the sky is falling on me. Damon, my family, Dax, and now the principal. It's unbelievable.
"Well, don't worry. My mother has a saying she often uses, and it's always true: Everything will work out in the end. I'm sure your worries will be resolved. So smile, beautiful model!"
I look at my friend and a tear slips from my eye. She's such an innocent girl, and I hope she never gets into the kind of trouble I've gotten myself into for fun.
