Luna’s POV Ashton is already up when I appear in the kitchen the next morning. Surprised, I glance at the clock, thinking I must have overslept, but it’s barely past five am. I usually get at least half an hour of solitude before he gets up for early practice, why is he up so early? The hockey star glances at me as I enter. before quickly looking away again, busying himself with the coffee machine in front of him. ‘Uh . . . . good morning’ I murmur tentatively. ‘Morning’ he mutters gruffly, still not turning around to look at me.
