Kane’s POV
I rest my head back against the seat as I stare out of the window of the team bus that has just collected us from the airport into the late night darkness. It’s been a long five days and I’m beyond exhausted, all I want to do is take a shower and crawl into bed.
I glance around me at my team members, some are on their phones, but most are asleep, no one is paying attention to me. I pull out my cell, opening up my messages app and pull up Brandy’s thread. The last message she sent me was yesterday, wishing me luck in the game and saying that she might not be awake by the time we finish as she was feeling a bit under the weather.
