Rosa manages to crawl into the bathroom. She's hanging over the bathtub, crying. Dexter beating her was the last thing she thought would happen. She figured he would be mad and yell, but not beat her. Rosa thought about calling her sister, but she changed her mind because Lolo would ask why she was at a hotel when she had told her that she was job searching. The main reason Rosa changed her decision to call Lolo was when she had a flash of Dexter threatening to kill her.
After cleaning the blood off her, she crawls to the bed and pulls herself up on it. She decided that since the room is paid up until tomorrow, she'll stay there because she can't go home like this. Even if the bruises aren't showing, her parents would know something is wrong because she can barely walk.
