“What will happen next?... We will not be kicked out of libraries and bathrooms anymore.”
Simon must have thought about it. He was right. Although he was happy with the way we secretly met to f**k, he wanted to have enough time with me. He would like to take me to dinner, walk with me on campus not looking over our shoulders, wake up next to me without the 9:00 AM bell breaking the atmosphere.
“I will make it work,” he said. "We will study together… and then we will eat together. Now, I am going to visit you again when we both have time. No more libraries for now… I believe the librarian has enjoyed herself enough during the year.”
I laughed, and my voice was vibrating over his breast, "He did look as though he was going to have a heart attack.”
