“What the actual f**k?!” Jenna screeched, making my heart fall into my stomach. I stepped into the room and saw that she was standing directly on the other side of the door and her wine glass had shattered to the ground. Red wine was now staining her pink blouse and her perfect plump lips were pressed in a thin line as her cheeks grew even redder with fury. When her gaze lifted to meet mine, they turned icy, and she narrowed them in my direction. “I should have known you would have done something like this,” she said through her teeth.
