Emma’s POV
Colton sat up and started firing off texts. His phone was pinging rapidly as he spoke with several people at the same time. I saw Craig’s name on his phone, and a few other people I didn’t know. I don’t know what he was planning, but I slid my arm through his to lean on him for strength. I knew that this was about to come to a head.
“Vera rode here with me today. I believe that we can help you, Colton. I already know what that devious little minx out there is planning. Emma is a sweet girl, and we won’t allow Kimberly to bully her. Sometimes you need to fight fire with fire. She wouldn’t suspect anything as she clearly saw us sitting here having lunch with Emma,” Colleen offered.
