My lips twitched. They've been talking nonstop and they probably forgot to block me out. I was in my office, going through some paper works and listening in on the guards as they gossiped to anyone who would listen.
'She's majestic in her own way. Mann, I'm jealous! I was this close to touching it.'
I reached for my tea and took a sip, bobbing my head to their praises-
'I see you all have a lot of free time on your hands.'
I almost spat out the tea at Karson's voice. I scrambled to get my documents, thrusting them in my face like he just badged in and saw me having a chit-chat with them.
'N-No, Alpha.'
'Then focus on keeping the pack safe!' he growle
