Cormac sent the Ashford execution on the nineteenth. Cressida sent the Moonhaven execution on the twentieth. David Harlow prepared the Wolfe execution and Dax signed it on the twenty-first, and Harlow filed the executed framework with the pack authority that afternoon.
Three signatures. Forty-seven years of a suppressed agreement and a charter that had been incomplete since before I was born — and now, in three signatures and a filing, the framework that should have been in place since the beginning was on record.
