I called Janine after Trevor ended the call and gave her the viewing time. She immediately agreed and said Peter would be coming with her. I sent her the address even though she already had it from the listing. Once everything was arranged, I finally put the folder away.
The next afternoon, I reached Weston Road before Janine and Peter. I parked near the property and stayed in my car while I looked at the house. The pictures hadn't shown how far it sat from the road. There was a long driveway with trees covering most of the property from view.
My phone rang while I waited. Janine told me they were five minutes away, so I let Asher know I'd arrived. He already had the address from our usual arrangement. I put my phone away and got out of the car.
