I finished organizing my notes and emailed them to Greta. Daniel was still reviewing the inspection records, comparing dates and repair descriptions. He promised to contact me when the previous listing agent responded. I thanked him before gathering my belongings.
"Are you calling Janine?" Greta asked.
"Yes. She deserves an update."
"Keep it professional. We don't know what's happening with Trevor."
"I understand."
I stepped into an empty meeting room and called Janine. She answered after a few rings, sounding pleased to hear from me. I explained that Richard still wanted to sell the property and had provided the inspection records. I also told her we were working on the remaining questions.
