I woke up when my phone started ringing. Harlow was sleeping beside me, so I grabbed it before the noise disturbed her. Ridge's name appeared on the screen. I answered, wondering what he wanted at this hour.
"What?"
"Morning to you too, asshole."
"What do you want?"
"Need you in the common area later."
I checked the clock and saw it was almost nine. Harlow had plans for us after lunch, and I wasn't interested in having Ridge interfere. If something was wrong at the compound, he would have said so already. That meant he probably wanted to annoy me.
