I found Sienna in the common area with a drink in her hand. She had been staying with Dane and Cassidy since the wedding, but she came to the compound often enough. I had started looking forward to her visits because she was fun to have around. After dealing with Ridge, I needed someone who wasn't going to tell me what to do.
"You look annoyed."
"My brother."
"That explains it."
I sat beside her and reached for a bottle of water. Sienna didn't ask what Ridge had done, which meant she was learning quickly. My brother could annoy me for plenty of reasons. Today it happened to involve my career.
"What are you doing here?"
"Cassidy wanted me to bring something over."
"And you decided to stay?"
"For a little while."
