I nodded and took a sip from the glass of water on the table. Just as I was about to stand up from the chair, I got a text from Sandra. [ You have to come to the hospital right now.]
Arthur noticed the worried look on my face and gently nudged me. “What is going on? What did you see on your phone?”
I gave him the phone because I was still trying to figure out why Sandra would send me such an urgent message. Was Jason in danger or something?
