Silo was going to the east building six times per rotation.
Six.
The east building had four check points. A standard rotation required three passes. Silo, who had created the rotation protocol and knew it better than anyone, was running six passes per cycle, specifically at the section of the east building that contained the smallest room with the good window.
He was not mentioning this to anyone.
He was doing it at different intervals so it looked random.
It was not random.
