I knew exactly where to find her.
The second I stepped into the club, the bass hit and somewhere in the mess of sweat—there she was.

Dancing between two men like she was born to make me homicidal.
Tiny black dress. Heels that could slit a man’s throat. And a f*****g smile that dared me to lose control.
One of them touched her waist. The other leaned in like he owned her.
My fists clenched.
