Eralia’s POV
I’m going insane, I need to see my siblings! No one is giving me any information other than the fact that Austin is awake. I don’t know any more about my mother, and I’m terrified that child protective services are going to come in and take the kids whilst I’m stuck in this bed.
Mackenzie had to leave; she stayed as long as she could, but I could tell that she was getting tired and I was slightly relieved when she told me that she had to go home. This did leave me on my own, in the silence with my thoughts that have been getting steadily worse.
I’m about ready to rip out my own IV and drag myself down the hallway to search for any of the kids, when the door to my room swings open.
