Kendra's POV
I couldn’t believe how forward he was, and it reminded me once again of why I found myself so drawn to him. He wasn’t the type of guy to not acknowledge how things were, and so I couldn’t blame him for stepping in to question the little fantasy world I was living in with him.
“Okay. Fine.” I said, forced to acknowledge it. I crossed my arms and looked down, thinking of what I should say next.
“Look, you’re so beautiful Kendra. I can’t help it. And it’s more than that, you’ve made my summer so far. All I’ve done is work, but then I have these little breaks where I get to spend time with you, and you just have this certain charm that keeps me so motivated.”
