The Seville sun was already beginning to warm the cobblestone streets when I took Giulia's little hand and led her out of the car. She hopped beside me, her light dress swaying, her smile lighting up the world as only she knew how. I decided that today would be just our day. We needed it — I needed it. "Where are we going, Daddy?" she asked, looking up with curious eyes. I smiled, squeezing her tiny fingers between mine. "We're going to have coffee at that café you like. The one with churros." She let out an excited giggle and ran ahead, pulling me by the hand. The smell of sugar and freshly brewed coffee filled the air as soon as we pushed the glass door open.
