“What did you do?” I didn’t even wait for Patrick to take off his coat before I confronted him.
Patrick paused. “What are you talking about?” He asked, trying to act like he had no idea what I was talking about.
I held back a scoff. “Damien. What did you do?”
“Damien? That name doesn’t ring a bell.” He said as he continued walking. “Can you be more specific?”
I rolled my eyes.
“The same Damien you accused me of doing something with earlier,” I explained even though he already knew.
“Oh.” He muttered. “I just gave him what he deserved. He was even lucky I was in a good mood or he would have ended up in the hospital.”
