Valerie and Giovanni were coming back from the hospital with the new baby today and we were preparing a huge feast for their return.
The whole pack has gotten news that the Alpha's brother, (the beta) and one of the pack's most cherished members has welcomed a new baby. The whole family was beyond overjoyed.
But Liam, his excitement was over the top. One would think my son was the one having a baby. He had been asking me a million questions about the baby, and I had been trying my best to answer them all in a way that a six year old could understand.
"Mom, is the baby going to have a name?" he asked, for what felt like the hundredth time.
"Yes, sweetie, he will have a name," I said, stirring the pot of stew on the stove.
"Will he be able to play with me?"
