It’s been days of secretly tracking Emily’s scent with two of my most trusted warriors.
We had tracked her to the old abandoned warehouses on the edge of the city, just as Liam had predicted. The place was filled with tunnels, a perfect place to hide.
We had been watching the place for a day, trying to get a sense of the layout, of the comings and goings. There weren't many. Just a few vampires, guarding the entrances.
"Are you sure about this, Luna?" one of the warriors, a young wolf named Rocco asked, his voice low. "This place gives me the creeps."
