It was a nightmare.
A living nightmare, and one that would haunt me for the rest of my life. It was not a dream, and there was no escaping reality.
The moment those words left her lips, I was frozen. The only thing that was running through my mind was my baby.
A tortured scream left my lips as I felt a pain unlike anything I've ever experienced. My heart was being ripped apart and was shattering into a million pieces.
