H A I L E Y
I woke up with a searing fever, and was burning. I was sweating so much, and my body was aching. I groaned, and tried to sit up. I was exhausted and had no energy, and even the slightest movement caused me pain.
This was the worst time to get sick, and the worst timing. I felt so weak, and didn't have the strength to get up. I tried to move, but gave up.
I was having a migraine, and I couldn't even open my eyes. I felt so frustrated that I couldn't get up and do everything I needed to do today. Like prepare Liam for school, get ready for work. Hell, I had two major surgery to perform today!
But, it seemed as if my body wasn't going to cooperate with me, and it had different plans.
I sighed and closed my eyes, hoping that when I woke up again, the fever would be gone.
