I heard shouts and chaos outside, and I opened my eyes, wondering what the noise was all about. Dominic's hand was still wrapped around my waist, and he was still fast asleep. The past two days have been so hard on him, I wasn't surprised he was sleeping so deeply.
I carefully untangled myself from his arms and got out of bed. I put on a robe and walked out of the bedroom, following the sounds of commotion.
