I smiled, my chest swelling with pride. "Happy birthday." She looked up at me, her eyes shining. "Thank you," she whispered. "I love it." I leaned forward and kissed her again, a slow, lingering kiss that left me wanting more. "Let's get out of here," she said, her voice low. I raised an eyebrow, surprised. "What about your party?"
