She woke up still out in the woods with Waylon, the sun was already high in the sky, and she was lying on top of him as she had been inside that temple the first time they’d had s*x. Only out here she could feel that not only were his arms around her, but there was one of his wings draped over the two of them as well, and she knew it wasn’t to keep them warm. It wasn’t cold here in the woods or not for her.
Maybe it was for him, she realized, his realm was much hotter than here in the human realm. As she looked about and sensed out the area around them, she couldn’t feel anyone else out there at all. It was just her and Waylon.
She could feel his heartbeat steady and strong under her ear resting on his chest, and realized he was still sound asleep. Seems he was fully sated himself
