Though the other three Kings and their Dragon Flames weren’t required to be here at all, the other spectators were just those that were indebted to the Council themselves and here to maintain the cleanliness of the Council of Dragons buildings and lands. But they also served as witnesses to the goings-on of the Council of Dragons and would spread the word of what they saw.
He was certain those three kings had been informed of the trial between himself and Alderon, they knew about the land he’d been granted, they would have felt it happen and had to be informed of it by the Council of Dragons as to why it was happening.
