She spent the afternoon washing and grooming her horse, and then let Thorn out to roam in the woods, only to find her horse trotting along with her wolf. It amused not only herself but Thorn too. Which saw Thorn set out to actually play with their horse. They run about the pack woods together.
It was a good bit of fun, and for an hour they played before racing back to where all the other horses were settled. She was shifted back where she’d left her clothing and, to her surprise, her horse reared up and whinnied, landing on the ground and stamped her front feet a few times.
Ryder chuckled softly and gave her a pat. “Like that huh, playing with Thorn. Well, I’ll let you play with her more often,” she told her horse and got dressed, and they moved off to let her back into the paddo
