Selena’s pov
“Ethan we need to talk about this before it blows up even more,” I said as we walked back into his apartment the night falling dark outside the windows.
My body still hummed from all the reckless spots earlier but my mind raced with worry about Ryan.
He closed the door and pulled me close, his hands gentle on my waist for once.
We sat on the edge of his bed and he looked at me with those intense eyes.
“I had feelings for you long before you ever dated Ryan,” he said, voice low and raw. “Every time you came over for family stuff I wanted you.
I watched you laugh at his jokes and sit next to him wishing it was me touching your leg under the table.
