Elora’s POV.
Talking to Alexei and strategizing is something I didn’t think would happen. I’m not going to tell him that I knew exactly where he was in my city, and I’m certainly not going to tell him he was on my list of suspects. Don’t ask me why I put him on it, ok, maybe it was because this happened because of him. Plus, he arrived here without so much as a knock on the door or a phone call to let us know he was in town for business.
But since sitting here and talking to him, I can remove him from my s**t list. He wants to find Mischa and deal with what happened.
He is handsome, but I meant what I said when I told him I would much prefer his sister to him.
