Set A Few Weeks Later...
"Mom, I swear to god, you seriously need to stop crying"
I groaned in annoyance.
"I can't help it, princess"
My mom said while sniffling and wiping her nose and eyes with a tissue.
"My baby is finally getting married to the love of her life, I'm so happy"
She said dramatically as she whispered the last part of her sentence.
Urgh!!, for f***s sake.
I thought to myself whilst rolling my eyes.
Ever since Klayton and I arrived on his island and announced our engagement a few weeks ago, my mom has done nothing but cry.
It doesn't matter what we were doing, where we were going, what food we were trying for the wedding or if we were doing something normal like having dinner with the family, my mom was there crying throughout all of it.
