It’s taken us a month to search through all of those tunnels the vamps made. We haven’t seen another one since that night.
The tunnels lead many places. Houses, stores, the middle of streets, other sides of the mountain, and one leads directly to a bar. We’ve spoken to the owners of the homes, stores, and the bar and they all said the same thing. Their stories are that people came and offered large amounts of money to have them leave.
The sheriff was still at the pack when the battle happened, when we told him we were going to search the tunnels he wanted to know all the places they lead to. He even offered to provide us with whatever we need to close them up so no one could get through them again.
