As Freya and I walked the wall for the evening like we usually do, the uneasy feeling grew.
We both had a really hard time with this. Every sound had us jumping. By the end of the wall by the pack house we began feeling like we were being crazy. That was until we got the mind link.
“They’re approaching the front gates!” Ash sent out the mind link. The issue with the mind link is that it doesn’t reach everyone, a Big Sky link only reaches Big Sky.
I linked back to him, “Alert everyone! Have someone around you from each pack link their pack!” I commanded.
Just as we were rounding the pack house toward the front, we saw Jessi running out with Jaxson and our kids. We ran up and hugged and kissed them and watched as they ran toward the bunker. I looked over at Freya and could see
