"Why do I have to mark him?" Max asked I could hear the nervousness in her voice.
"Female Red dragons always mark their mates it's how their powers get shared with their mates"
Max looks at me I can see she is having a hard time taking everything in.
"Hey don't worry it's not a bad thing" I tell her. "I'm looking forward to you biting me"
"Dexter!" She smacks my chest then hides her face against me, I laughed at her she so easily embarrassed.
We hear a knock on the door then it opens in comes Jon and Hank.
Max picks her head up looking at who just came in. Jon comes over plopping him self down next to us.
"King Queen" Hank speaks to my parents bowing his head.
