Sera's POV Living with Damon felt like a dream. Every morning, I woke up in his arms. Every night, I fell asleep listening to his heartbeat. The villa that once felt like a temporary shelter now felt like home. Giselle had decided to move out. She said she didn't want to disturb us, that newlymated couples needed their privacy. I tried to convince her to stay, but she just laughed and said she'd visit often. "You two need space to be disgustingly in love without me gagging in the corner," she joked. I missed having her around, but I understood. This was a new chapter for Damon and me. One morning, while Damon was getting ready for work, I brought up something that had been on my mind.
