“I can't do this!” she cried out and my heart twinged. “I really, really, REALLY CAN'T DO THIS” she shouted. Sweat coated her forehead and exhaustion racked her body. She had been in labor for 24 hours now and it was time to push. She refused a C-Section stating she wanted to do this her way only. I wasn't going to argue with her. I just wanted all three of them safe.
Twins. I couldn't believe we were having twins. We opted not to find out the gender for them. We wanted the surprise but the suspense was killing me! I needed to know my babies. I needed to hold them.
