She saw Elyssa at the other end of the room and smiled at her. She was wearing a light blue gown with a little white lace around the hem of the dress and across the shoulders. It kind of reminded her of her pack, the Ice Rivers. Nora walked over to her. “Did you use my office to get ready like I suggested?” she asked.
“Yes, you’ve got a nice lounge and bathroom up there hidden between your and Esme’s office.” Elyssa nodded.
Nora smiled, “That I do. I took a page out of Garrett's office. All of his units have bathrooms. I didn’t see a full need for that, so dual access between two offices was fine with me. Saved me some dollars too.” She stood and looked about. “You did an absolutely amazing job for the Council. Though I thought it would be blue and gold,” she added.
