She woke up to find Rob standing right next to her bed. He looked more than worried to her. She’d not even heard him come into her suite, wasn’t at all concerned about anyone in her pack harming her. She hadn’t even installed a lock on her suite door. The corridor to this part of the packhouse had a set of hammerglass doors to seal it off from the rest of the packhouse. It took an access card to open them and only those allowed up here had that.
“What’s wrong Rob?” she asked as she sat up.
“Nita didn’t come home, and I can’t reach her. She went to the club, her first shift back since Rosanna was born. She texted me she was leaving but… never arrived home here to the pack.” He rushed out.
