Aurora's POV He didn't take me back to the Draven mansion. I noticed when the car turned the wrong way but I didn't say anything immediately. I watched the city change outside the window. Lucian sat beside me without explaining, and I had spent enough time in his company to understand the difference between silences that were withholding and silences that were simply waiting for the right moment.
