I am trying to present the argument to my board as to why having a second headquarters is necessary. All they want to do is argue about changing what isn’t broken.
“This company has grown exceptionally. Having two main hubs makes sense. One can be for leisure—like hotels, restaurants, and recreation. The other can be for business, such as apartments, condos, and high-rises,” I tell the men in the room.
