ROOMMATE AGREEMENT - ADDENDUM CEffective Date: March 15thBetween: Reed Callahan (Roommate A) and Tammie Moreno (Roommate B)
Clause 7: Roommate B agrees to make herself available for Roommate A's physical use during designated sleeping hours (11pm - 7am). During these hours, Roommate B will remain passive and non-responsive. Roommate A may access Roommate B's body at his discretion, without prior notification or explicit verbal consent at the time of access, as consent is given in perpetuity upon signing of this agreement.
Clause 8: In exchange for compliance with Clause 7, Roommate A will assume full responsibility for Roommate B's portion of rent ($1,850/month) for the duration of this agreement.
